T-Tapp Workout - Instructional Workshop
Attend this instructional T-Tapp workshop to discover an amazing at home fitness program that creates muscle density instead of bulk. During this workshop you will learn how body types affect your range of motion and help you establish realistic fitness goals. You will also learn the simple but comprehensive movements needed to complete a 15 minute workout. This no-impact workout is safest for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns. Build a better body from the inside-out. You WILL see RESULTS!
The following things will be covered:
• We will provide the history, reason and benefits of T-Tapp and why Teresa Tapp developed this comprehensive workout program. It is a no-impact workout that is safest for those with shoulder, hip, knee, neck, and back concerns.
• We will discuss how different body types affect range of motion and fitness goals. Are you short torso, long torso, or a combo body?
• We will provide guidance and instruction to T-Tapp movements to ensure optimal benefit and results. Simple easy to do moves with noticeable results.
• Discuss the benefit of having an accountability partner and reward.
PLEASE NOTE: Attendees should wear comfortable clothing and shoes to allow for a wide range of movement. A water bottle is highly suggested.
