Three Types of Vitamins

Synthetic:  Drug Store Variety (plastic lemon)
  • Man-made
  • No Enzymes (necessary for life – like the life force in a seed, aids nutrient metabolism)
  • Inorganic Substances, Artificial Colors, Flavors, & Sweeteners

Synthetic vitamins are like an image in a mirror, they look like the real thing but they don’t function like the real thing.
  • Stimulant (short term)
  • Imbalanced
  • Side Effect
  • Harsh Binders and Fillers
  • Many are coated with shellac which is nearly totally resistant to the penetration of stomach fluids

  • Artificial Colors, Flavors, & Sweeteners
  • “Natural” may only mean 15% natural
  • Stimulant (short term)
  • Imbalanced (mega does of cheap B Vitamins, skimps on Biotin)
  • Harsh Binders and Fillers
  • Many are coated with shellac which is nearly totally resistant to the penetration of stomach fluids
