As I have mentioned before I had hoped for faster results then I am experiencing. So, I decided to reevaluate things, keep those that are working and revamp those I am struggling with. One area that I am going to change is my exercise program. I believe it is time to get some form of weight training included in this program, this will not only change things up but it hopefully will also get things moving along a little quicker.
With all this being said I was able to lose another pound off that dreaded scale, so all is not so bad. :) One pound at a time… just like success starts with the first step. Love it or hate it some days, I am on a Quest to be My Best.
