With a new spring in my step I am off to tackle my goals on My Quest to Be My Best!!!
For me one of the changes is to get some of my 10,000 steps in before I leave for work in the morning. With the sun up before me it is much easier to get up and get going. This starts me off on the right foot. No pun intended there. This also helps ensure that I complete my 10,000 steps each day.
